Our website packages start at $1999 for the small website package, $2999 and up for an ECommerce package and custom pricing for your custom website needs. Our packages are set packages (every included) meaning no hidden extra costs. 

The time it takes to create your website depends on the complexity of your project, but we will set milestones in our contract that both parties need to stick to and get your website delivered on time and on budget. The average small business package is 2-3 weeks, eCommerce is 6 weeks and custom website is based on functionalities, integrations and content.

We recommend hosting on our specialised WordPress servers. You’ll get super fast and reliable service and never need to worry about security, back-ups or support. You will need to obtain your own domain name and we’re happy to recommend where to purchase yours.

Most of your traffic will be mobile and needs to be designed primarily for your customers mobile experience. In fact your website will be penalised if its not designed with mobile first in mind. Our designs and themes prioritise for a mobile experience.

We use WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento eCOmmerce depending on what your business requirements are. They are easy content platforms, highly customizable, and have all kinds of options for payments, booking, forums and member sites. Whatever your website requires, and complex or simple as you need.

WordPress, Wix and Squarespace are all Content Management Systems (CMS) which allow you to build and maintain the content of your website yourself easily.

WordPress is an open source platform which means there are unlimited  integrations and plugins being developed all the time. Many are free and there are some amazing premium plugins that help make your business run smoothly like you can only imagine. WordPress themes are incredibly flexible and robust with endless options.

Wix and Squarespace provide you with a very limited number of options on their owned platforms with additional functionality. Once you are locked into their platform is difficult to migrate off.

They might be ok for the first few months, but WordPress will get you where you really want to be in the long run.

When we hand over the keys we provide all our clients with online training on the essentials of their website. This generally takes about 2 hours. In addition to that you have a 30 day support from us with any questions, troubles etc you are having.

Most clients opt-in to our Client Care Program after their site is built. This means your website will be hosted, secure, backed-up, upgraded and updated regularly by our team.

In addition to that we offer packages that include additional hours per month for support, content changes, and SEO.

This means when things go down after your site is past the 30 Day maintenance handover that you have immediate help to get the problem solved and avoid costly down time for your business.

You are of course more than welcome to get our help at an hourly rate as well.

Good Copywriting is a bit of magic unto itself. We don’t write your content for you but we’ll recommend someone who specializes in writing for the websites if you need some fairy dust.

Yes we love designing! We love working with full spectrum projects and creating a brand design that aligns with your business and integrates into your web design build.

A/B Testing is how we test copy, images, and conversion flow of your website to make sure that what you’re putting out there really sells. We can do this for your website content (images, copy, landing pages), and absolutely recommend it for any paid platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
